These terms apply when you buy the online course Becoming on becomingyou.now. Please read them before you buy. By completing your purchase you accept them.
1. Who you are buying from
The course is created by Mira Thimmayya and sold by Stockholm Malmö Relations AB (company registration number 559284-7320), Surbrunnsgatan 10, 114 27 Stockholm, Sweden. You can reach us at hello@becomingyou.now.
2. What is included
- The Becoming course: video lessons, texts and downloadable material in seven modules, plus bonus lessons.
- Access to Brandy, an AI coach built on ChatGPT. Using Brandy requires your own ChatGPT account, which is provided by OpenAI under OpenAI’s own terms.
- One private 1:1 session with Mira (online video call). You can book it once you have completed module 7.
The 1:1 session must be booked within 12 months of your purchase. The session is recorded and you get the recording, so you have it on record. If you can’t make it, let us know at least 24 hours before and you can book a new time once. A session missed without notice cannot be rebooked.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown in the checkout before you pay and includes VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe. You can pay by card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, depending on what is available where you are. If you pay with Klarna, Klarna’s terms apply to the payment. Business customers in the EU can enter a VAT number in the checkout. You receive a receipt by email.
4. Access
You get access as soon as your payment has gone through. We send you an email with a link that logs you in; no password is needed. The course is for you personally, so please don’t share your access or the course material.
You keep your access for as long as the course is offered. If we ever stop offering it, we will tell you at least 90 days in advance so that you have time to finish the course and download the material. If you ask us, we will also email you links to the course videos so that you can keep them.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
As a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you buy online. For digital content, that right ends once delivery has started, if you have agreed to this. When you buy Becoming, you tick a box in the checkout to confirm that you want access right away and that your right of withdrawal ends once you start the course.
In practice this means:
- Not started yet? If you haven’t opened any lesson, you can change your mind within 14 days of your purchase and get a full refund. Email hello@becomingyou.now.
- Started the course? Once you have opened your first lesson, the right of withdrawal no longer applies and the purchase cannot be refunded.
We refund to the payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving your request. When a purchase is refunded, access to the course ends.
This does not affect your rights if something is wrong with the course, for example if it doesn’t work or isn’t as described. Contact us and we will fix it, or refund you if we can’t.
6. The course content
All videos, texts and material in the course belong to Stockholm Malmö Relations AB and Mira Thimmayya. You may use them for your own development and your own personal brand, but not copy, share, sell or publish them.
The course gives you methods and inspiration. The results depend on the work you put in, and we can’t promise any particular outcome.
7. Your personal data
How we handle your personal data is described in our privacy policy.
8. Complaints and disputes
If you are unhappy with something, contact us first at hello@becomingyou.now and we will try to solve it with you. If we can’t agree and you live in Sweden, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se). Consumers elsewhere in the EU can get help from their national European Consumer Centre.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The terms that applied when you bought the course are the ones that apply to your purchase.
